How to Care for Your Peachlife Menstrual Cup
Washing : After each use, wash your Peachlife menstrual cup with mild soap and water. Be sure to clean the ring stem and any crevices to remove any residue. For a deeper clean between cycles, sterilize the cup by boiling it.
Boiling : To thoroughly disinfect your cup, simply place it in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Ensure the cup is fully submerged, and use a dedicated pot for menstrual cup cleaning to avoid cross-contamination with food utensils.
Removing : The loop pull stem makes removal easy. Gently pinch the base of the cup to break the suction, then slowly pull on the hook stem to remove the cup. Avoid tugging too hard on the stem without releasing the suction first to prevent discomfort.
Folding & Inserting : To insert the cup, you’ll need to fold it. There are several folding techniques, such as the C-fold, punch-down fold, and 7-fold. Choose the one that works best for you. Once folded, gently insert the cup into, angling it towards your lower back. The cup should open up inside and create a seal to prevent leaks. Rotate it slightly if needed to ensure it's fully opened
