Peachcup Size Chart: Small, Medium & Large Dimensions
If you already know you want a Peachcup and need to compare the physical sizes, this guide gives you the measurements in one place. Peachcup comes in Small 24 ml, Medium 28 ml, and Large 32 ml. The best size is not determined by age alone: length, diameter, capacity, cervix height, flow, and comfort all matter.
Quick tip: capacity tells you how much the cup can hold, while length and diameter tell you more about how the cup may fit your body. A larger capacity is not automatically a better fit.
Peachcup size chart
| Size | Capacity | Total length | Cup body length | Outer diameter |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Small | 24 ml | 6.6 cm | 4.9 cm | 4.1 cm |
| Medium | 28 ml | 7.2 cm | 5.2 cm | 4.4 cm |
| Large | 32 ml | 7.5 cm | 5.5 cm | 4.7 cm |

What each measurement means
Total length
Total length is measured from the top of the cup to the bottom of the ring stem. It matters most when thinking about cervix height and reach. A shorter cup can be easier to accommodate with a lower cervix, while a somewhat longer cup may be easier to locate if your cervix sits higher.
Cup body length
The body length is the portion that actually collects your flow. Comparing body length separately from the ring helps you understand how much of the overall height comes from the cup itself.
Outer diameter
Diameter is the width across the cup. If you are very sensitive to internal pressure or prefer a smaller-feeling fit, diameter may matter just as much as length. A larger diameter does not mean a cup is automatically more secure.
Capacity
Capacity can be especially useful on heavier-flow days. Small holds 24 ml, Medium 28 ml, and Large 32 ml. Your actual emptying schedule should always follow your flow rather than assuming the cup will stay below capacity for a fixed number of hours.
Small Peachcup: 24 ml
Small is the most compact Peachcup at 6.6 cm total length and 4.1 cm outer diameter. It can be a useful starting point when your cervix is lower, you prefer less width, your flow is lighter, or you simply feel more comfortable beginning with the smallest dimensions.
Small can also be useful on lighter beginning or ending days if its length works well with your cervix position.
Medium Peachcup: 28 ml
Medium measures 7.2 cm in total length with a 4.4 cm outer diameter and provides 28 ml of capacity. It sits between Small and Large in every main measurement, which makes it a balanced everyday option for many people with an average cervix height and moderate flow.
If you have no strong reason to size especially short, narrow, long, or high-capacity, Medium is often the easiest Peachcup size to compare against your needs.
Large Peachcup: 32 ml
Large measures 7.5 cm in total length with a 4.7 cm outer diameter and offers Peachcup's highest capacity at 32 ml. It may make sense when you want more capacity, have a higher cervix, or find a shorter cup difficult to reach.
Heavy flow alone does not mean you must use Large. If the larger length or diameter is not comfortable, a smaller size emptied more frequently can still be the better fit.
Use cervix height to narrow down cup length
Your cervix can move during your cycle, so checking it while you are menstruating is more useful than checking at another time of the month. With clean hands, gently insert a finger until you feel the cervix, which often feels like a rounded tip with a small indentation.
- Lower cervix: Small is the shortest Peachcup and is usually the first size to compare.
- Average cervix: Medium provides a middle-ground length.
- Higher cervix: Medium or Large may be easier to reach because of their added length.
If the ring consistently sits at or outside the vaginal opening, the cup may be too long for your current cervix position. If the cup travels high and is consistently difficult to reach, a longer size may be easier to manage.
Use flow to compare capacity
Flow changes from person to person and can also change dramatically from one day of the same period to another.
- Light days: 24 ml may be more than enough capacity if Small fits your anatomy.
- Moderate days: Medium's 28 ml capacity offers a practical middle ground.
- Strongest-flow days: Large provides 32 ml if the larger dimensions are comfortable.
If your cup leaks only after it is completely full, additional capacity or more frequent emptying may help. If it leaks while it is not full, check opening and positioning before assuming you need a larger cup.
You can use more than one size during your cycle
You do not have to commit to one size for every day. Some Peachcup users may prefer a smaller cup on lighter days and a higher-capacity size on their strongest days. Cervix height can also shift during menstruation, so the cup that feels best early in the cycle may not be the one you prefer later.
Size and firmness solve different problems
Size changes the cup's length, diameter, and capacity. Firmness changes how flexible or structured the silicone feels and how readily it springs back after being compressed.
If a cup fits comfortably but tends to collapse during exercise, you may need to consider firmness rather than a bigger size. If a cup creates too much pressure, a softer firmness or smaller diameter may be worth comparing.
Signs you may want to compare another size
- Difficult to reach: compare a longer size if the diameter is comfortable for you.
- Ring sits too low: compare a shorter size.
- Frequently fills to capacity: compare more capacity or empty sooner.
- Feels too wide or creates pressure: compare a smaller diameter or softer firmness.
- Leaks before it is full: first check that the cup has opened and is positioned around the flow path rather than automatically sizing up.
