Wash your hands before handling your Peachcup. Clean the cup with warm water and a gentle, unscented soap, then rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue.

Between menstrual cycles, sterilize your cup in boiling water. Keep the cup from touching the bottom or sides of the boiling container, as direct contact with a hot surface may damage the silicone. Allow the cup to cool completely before handling or storing it.

Inspect your Peachcup regularly for signs of wear or damage, and store it in its breathable storage bag between uses.

I’ve been using cups for a few years, and it has changed my life. Here’s a list of why:*Cheaper: buy this once. No tampons of pads ever again!*Eco-Friendlier: no disposable waste for tampons and pads and their accompanying packaging. This is a HUGE difference.*Safer: tampons can cause toxic shock syndrome. This hasn’t been linked with that Nearly as much. Also, no bleach, no scaffold for bacteria to accumulate.*Long-Lasting: tampons sometimes last me as little as a couple of hours, whereas this can last much longer, even on heavy days.*Trackable: if you like to track period stuff, you can see everything pretty clearly. Not my jam, but if it’s yours, you’ll love this!*No stink: pads are gross. This doesn’t produce any weird smells.Downside: be ready to be Very hands on and get messy sometimes. Have clean hands before changing, and definitely after, too. (Do this anyway, though...?) Also, it’s your body, so it’s good to get used to its functions. No big deal. Also, there’s a learning curve. Stick with it and try different things until it works—it’s WORTH IT!Might be an issue if you have any atypical stuff like large fibroids or anything else affecting the shape of your vagina. If it’s an unusual shape, you might not be able to get a proper fit, leading to leakage. The minor drawbacks are nothing—if you are able to switch, DO IT! Cups are greener, safer, more effective, and cheaper. This was a huge discovery for me—great!

Very nice mental cup. I've had several and this one seems the best made of them all. I like the dark color. Its comfortable and no leaks. I'm very happy with it 5 stars!

This thing is great! I used a Meluna Sport S for years b/c it was basically the only kind that had a ring and was firm enough to open properly. Unfortunately, Meluna is all TPS which doesn’t hold its shape very well.

So I looked around and found this- Half the price of Meluna, smoother rim for easier insertion, silicone so it doesn’t deform, and if anything it’s even firmer. It also holds I think a couple milliliters more, but the lack of a rim evens it out to about the same width so it’s still very manageable.

Absolute Goldilocks cup, never has let me down and stands up to serious physical labor (ie breaking rocks, shoveling cement) without leaking. I say to people, buy this thing!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!!!!! A MUST!! I started using this cup in 2021 on a whim, and since then have told literally every single female I know to get a menstrual cup for so many reasons.
1. Less maintenance: I have moderate flow and needed to a super/reg tampon x3 hrs, but with the cup I change it once when I wake up and once again before bed. not even because its filled but just for hygienic purposes! No more worrying about if I can step away in time to change my tampon in time, about trying to discreetly grab a tampon, or the fear of not having one.
2. Insanely cheaper: I have no bought tampons in 4 years. Just add that up
3. Better for environment: see above ^
4. Less cramping: Idk if its the cup, but I have had wayyy less cramping since using one
5. Easy to do and more hygienic: it took a little bit to get used to at first, but if you follow their how to insert you will quickly get the hang of it. I rinse my cup out in the sink during my menses during the two times a day I "change it" and its super easy. I either take it and rinse in my sink or in the shower its nice and easy (don't freak out, no different than the grime and dirt you're washing off your body going down the drain). The silicone protects from infection during cycle, and theoretically, it should be in the same environment the entire time in use during your cycle (other than the 30 secs it takes to rinse) so there shouldn't be any introduction of a new microbe as its just living in its home the whole time. I would always use cleanly washed hands though because you do have to stick up in there. Then I boil the cup in water for 20 min btw cycles for a deep clean and store it in its bag. It is also less likely to cause TSS it doesn't absorb like the tampon and or have the large surface area.
Only caution: If the sight of blood really freaks you out, I would caution you bc it's a decent amount that you see when you poor it out, I mean its all there for you to see. But its really not bad.

I was very hesitant to try one of these cups. I have read reviews about them getting stuck or leaking or hard to put in. With the news about metals being in tampons i decided now would be the perfect time to try. They were beyond easy to put in and I will never go back to buying tampons. They aren’t messy like you would think. They come out easy with the little loop end. I have been wearing my whole period along with the period underwear and no leaks, hasn’t gotten stuck and easy to put in. They feel cleaner than tampons and come with a storage bag when you aren’t using them. You will literally never go back to wearing tampons !

I bout this menstrual cup 3 years ago, still love it and it has paid for itself many times over! Love the design especially the ring! It is sturdy, easy to grasp and makes manipulating and removing the cup so much easier than other cups with a stem, especially as a bigger woman with a belly and not great flexibility. I suck at being prepared for my cycle so this is so easy to keep in my purse, car, or locker and once you start using it you are set for the whole cycle, no additional supplies or planning needed. The first cup I ordered was the wrong fit, the company did as promised and sent me one that fit correctly no hassle at all. Overall love this product! Bought a spare even though the first is still like new, cuz again I suck at planning. Love, love, love!!!

These cups are the best.

After trying a some different cups I found these. I like the loop that you can pull out and different hardness and size options. They aren't too expensive either. Best price is when on sale plus subscribe and save discount for about 12. Company will send you a free one if the one you purchase doesn't work out.The only reason I can't rate a 5 is because I still have breakthrough bleeding even having tried more firm and bigger sizes.

This is the second menstrual cup i've tried and it is comfortable to wear, doesn't leak if you insert it right and the main selling point here is the ring makes it easy to grab onto to remove. I have a heavy flow and it hold a lot of liquid and I can leave it in way longer than tampons and sleep with it in.

Great menstrual cup for beginners or those who have been using a cup for years. I love how it comes in different sizes, too. Super comfortable and easy to get out. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cup

I prefer diva cups over any other menstrual products. It’s safe to sleep in, you can be active with it, etc. This diva cup is very comfort; I forget Im on my period sometimes.

The first time eye bought one if these was from wish and it would never fold or pop back out once inserted to keep from leaking. These don't have that problem. Even their soft ones are firm enough to pop back out. Eye have purchased 4 cups from them and eye am satisfied. Not the Diva cup price but Diva cup quality they are worth it.

I was very skeptical to try a cup and knew it was necessary to have one with a ring so I wouldn't be worried about not being able to grab the stem. For some background, I am active with no kids.It is very firm, so getting it in the first time and having it pop open is trial and error. The c fold works best for me, even though it's a little uncomfortable to put in without lubricating the first time. The suction is great and once it's in you can't feel it at all. It's even easier and not messy at all to get out. My flow is pretty heavy (a full super plus tampon every 2-4 hours on heavy days). With this cup, I am on the move all day, leave it in for 12 hours, and pretty much never make it to 20ml (a little more than half a cup). I've never even come close to filling it. I still use tampons for very light days, but these cups are the best thing to happen to my period and converted me into a cup user! Must have for beginners.

I love that I found this because they have such a wide variety of sizes/firmness.The color was off from the picture, but that doesn’t really matter.

It isn’t super firm so it doesn’t pop open as strongly but it is comfortable and you would just have to move around and stretch a little bit to get to work there’s a lot of practice. Way easier to take out, my first time ever using one it got stuck and I couldnt get a grib on the thin twig that sticks out just to stab you

I had to get a new one after having a baby and this works great. Size guide was very helpful.

This cup worked as expected. I like that it has a loop instead of a stem as my previous cup was uncomfortable due to the stem poking my "delicate parts".I bought the medium size, however, it was too small. I requested a larger size and it was quickly sent to me.I chose the extra firm as I am a martial artist and needed something that would stay in place while jumping, kicking, and breaking boards. This firmness was perfect for all of those things.

After going back and forth between a few different brands I decided to try Peachlife and I’m so glad I did! I had some problems with my 1st cup (leaking, not staying in place). I reached out to customer service and they helped me to find the right one. That was a year ago. I recently reached out to them because my cup is stained and they are sending me a new one!

So I been using Dutchess cup soft cup and like it a lot ! What I didn’t like was removing the tips are hard for me and also with soft cups the weird delay sensation when they expand , well this cup expands instantly and the loop is the best for removing! I will stick with the firmer cup and loop ! Can’t feel it and it’s easier to handle and easier positioning ! Love the design and firmness

It's a tiny bit uncomfortable to insert and take out, and I'm assuming that's because it's an extra firm cup and I'm only used to using soft ones. It is a whole lot easier to get it to pop open than a softer cup. Once it's in there I don't feel it and I can go for a full 12 hours and not change it till then. All it all, it's quite comfortable and very easy to use, once you get used to using cups that is. Would highly recommend it also since it has a ring instead of a stem, which makes it all the more convenient!

I really love the ring on this cup, it makes taking it out so much easier than trying to grab the slippery little nub on the Diva Cup. I think the plastic is also a higher quality than the Diva Cup- it seems smoother and more water repellent, which makes cleanup easier too.

I love this! It suctions excellent, inserts easy, I can't feel it, and the best part? It opens amazing! I love this cup!

First off I want to say that the company is amazing! I originally purchased a different size and firmness cup. I emailed the company about the issues I was having with it, leakiness, I couldn't get it to unfold etc. They promptly sent me a new cup that they felt would work better for me based upon my conversation with the rep at no charge. Than was about 18 months ago. Over the last 3-4 cycles I have finally been able to have it work for me and it is fabulous! I use the medium extra firm cup in purple. I have fairly heavy periods, ~20ml per 10-12 hours, a high yet long cervix and a tilted uterus, oi vey! I was beginning to feel that the product would never work for me, but in came Peach Life to save the day. I tried two other brand of cups as well with no luck. I like that this cup had a ring for easier removal than the stem. I thought its firmness would be uncomfortable but no! I live an active lifestyle and it stays in place all day through all types of movement (farm work). I suggest giving it the good college try with different types of folds to find what works for you. I finally settled on the tulip fold and it works great for me. The firmness, capacity, removal ring and superior customer support that come along with this product place it far above the rest!

This is my second cup. The first one (from a different brand) was way too soft, I couldn’t get it to open no matter what folds I tried or body position. This being extra firm, it takes 10 seconds to insert and open. Insertion is mildly uncomfortable given it’s not as soft and flexible as some, but I’d rather have slight, temporary discomfort for a working product than one that’s easy to get in and is virtually useless. I can’t feel it at all inside, I thought I would since it’s harder. This is definitely worth it, probably one of the best cups to get if you’re petite and new to cups.
